Vericose Vein Bath
Wysti's Body Care Journal

4 T. dried lemon
2 T. dried rosemary
4 T. dried juniper
2 T. dried ginger powder

Wrap the herbs in a cotton square; pull the corners together and tie off with a string. Hang the "bag" over the faucet and then turn on the water in your tub and let the water run over the bag. Get in and enjoy. Once the tub is filled, remove the bag and use it to rub over your legs.
